These boards are made of walnut wood in beautiful, natural tones unique to each piece, finished with food grade mineral oil that makes each board vary in color. 
CARE Wash in warm water with mild soap. Never let it soak in the water. Never wash in dishwasher. Your board is double sided, use both sides. Apply an even coat of food grade mineral oil every several weeks.
